DRY HIRE CONDITIONS

Rates

We charge for time out not time used.

• Day rate is a full 24 hours from the start time of the hire.

• Week rate is a full 7 days from the start time of the hire.

Damage Waiver

This is included in the hire charge and covers accidental damage up to 20% of the replacement cost of equipment that is hired.

Lost, stolen or damage items beyond the value of 20% will incur $1200 excess.

Freight

Rates for metro Melbourne is $70 each way.

We can all make good choices that make a difference, we’ve made a few

We’ve chosen to offset our emissions, meaning that every kilometre travelled and every hour that our generators run our carbon is captured by planting trees where they are most needed on Australian farms. This reduces both greenhouse gasses and evaporation from soil, dams and rivers.
We’ve chosen plant based pulp coffee cups and lids, meaning no confusion with recycling, no contamination with dirty cups and everything is 100% broken down back to plant based pulp.
We’ve chosen Australian products to reduce our footprint and support the local economy, including Melbourne made where we can. All our cleaning products, water, sparkling water are made here in Melbourne.
We’ve chosen aluminium as often as we can – it has an infinite life cycle compared to plastic, glass and paper.
We’ve commissioned reusable ice bags repurposed from damaged tents and jackets that have been given a new life reducing the daily use of plastic.
We spend time sorting through recycled plastic and paper on set and back at our HQ to make sure we recycle properly.
We encourage the use of water refill stations, keep cups and refillable water bottles.
